VIP sessions

Yes, you will receive a short client form to return so that we can maximise your time, energy and dollar investment. If you don't have the bandwidth to complete it or find yourself feeling resistant, that's ok do what you can and we can unpack that in our session. 

Three For Free sessions

No need to prep before this session as you will automatically received three questions to answer. During the session I will guide the conversation to cover key areas that can help you take action. Plus if 15 minutes doesn't seem long enough, I've got you covered with a buffer zone. Or if you're a subscriber to The C Word you get a double length session. 

Group sessions and webinars

Group sessions and webinars generally don't have prep, if they do I will email that to you.

We start the process of change from where you're at. There's nothing cookie cutter, it's completely bespoke coaching. You will see and feel a difference and take action.

Probably. It depends on what other support systems you already have in place, the level of change you're making, what we do in your session, and how much you want to run with the concepts and techniques on your own supported by my free resources.

If you decide you want to work together longer we will collaboratively develop a session plan to achieve the results you want within the timeframe you want.
