Consent Based Marketing

Informed consent

I want an enthusiastic yes from you. It's more fun and exciting for both of us if there's a Want Match. If there's hesitation and uncertainty, trust it and pause. Something you need is missing. 


Your informed consent looks like:

  • Capacity. You have the cognitive capacity to make your decision.
  • Information. You have all the information you need to make your decision.
  • Understanding. You understand the information, any specialist terminology used, and the consequences of your decision.
  • Freedom to say No. You have real and unqualified permission to say no, without any third part pressure or power differentials influencing your decision.
  • Authorisation. You can provide your decision and follow through.


Programs

My programs are an investment on many levels. They can radically change your life.

I am committed to consent based marketing practices at all levels. I will not pressure you to join any program. Please use each step of the application process to ensure you have all the information you need to make your decision freely. Questions are welcome. If this is not the right program for you, or the timing is not right for you, I will 100% honour your decision. I can also provide referrals to other coaches and service providers that may better suit your needs.


Emails

I don't think it's reasonable to assume that you want information that you have not explicitly asked to receive. Here is how we approach our email lists.


C  Word subscribers | If you opt in to receive blogs or the C word weekly newsletter or advanced notice of events you will receive those emails about once a week normally Wednesday for the C Word and Sundays for blogs. You may also receive offers unique to you. This is our highest contact list outside of our client list. You may of course unsubscribe at any time.


Challenge | If you sign up for a challenge you will receive emails about that challenge only. You will not be placed on the C Word subscriber list. 


Waitlists | If you sign up for a waitlist you will receive emails about that specific waitlist only. You will not be placed on the C Word subscriber list. 


Reach Out | If you send an email asking a question about any of our programs I will respond if it's a coaching question and Rory will respond if it's an administrative or billing question.  Please note if I think the answer to your question may help others she will ask for your consent for a de-identified version of the question and response appearing on AskKerryn. You will not be automatically placed on the C Word subscriber list, but we may occasionally reach out to you if we have an offer that we think might interest you (up to six times per year). 


Clients | Client emails are used to send welcome packs, invoices, session notes, bespoke resources, answer questions, and to provide priority notice for events and in-person sessions. Clients are not automatically placed on the C Word subscriber list. 


Email response times | We endeavour to respond as soon as possible to any enquiries. This is normally between client sessions or at the end of the day. We don't monitor or look at emails on Sundays or over Easter and Christmas breaks, or during my annual holiday, instead those responses are automated.


I value compassion, kindness, respect, understanding, courage, integrity, wisdom, and transparency. Please let us know if we aren't meeting your expectations.

Caution | If now is not the right time, please don’t let the thought of a discount push you over the line. I can’t stress this enough: if you wouldn’t buy it at full price, don’t buy it. If some part of you is unsure, can’t quite see the value for you, isn't able to make this a financial priority yet, or  isn’t quite ready yet, please know that these are all perfectly valid reasons to stop and wait. 


Please trust your instincts. When you’re eager to purchase, contact me then instead. You’ll be happier about your decision and bring greater energy and commitment to your sessions. And that will be so much more fun for you.


If you want to work together and are waiting for an offer, consider the time, energy and savings value of clearing your home/office prior to an offer.  Balance JOMO against FOMO. And do what's right for you.

Home/Office Express Quick Start

Your session must be completed on the day/time scheduled. If you need to reschedule we require a minimum 24 hours notice.


Home/Office C Suite

Your nine sessions may be completed in a maximum of twelve weeks. We reserve twelve time slots for you and we do not double book any of those sessions. 


Home/Office Haven

Your sessions cannot be used in January, August or December.

Rescheduling

Home/Office

If I need to reschedule your session you will receive a bonus 15 minutes added to your rescheduled session.

Loyalty discounts

Home/Office

Our loyalty discounts never expire. If we offer you a loyalty discount it's yours for life and you can take us up on it anytime. Certain loyalty discount offers may be gifted to your friends and you may combine other special offers released through The C Word with your loyalty discount up to a maximum 20% off.

Affiliates

Home/Office

If a client books a program or session based on your referral, you will receive your choice of:

  • a voucher for 5% off your next program/session fee
  • 5% cash back from your most recent program/session fee

Payment

Home/Office

If you are experiencing any financial difficulties please reach out and we can potentially extend and/or modify your repayment plan, or pause the program until you are in a position to resume.  


If you are on a flexible payment plan and miss two payments your account is in arrears and all coaching ceases until your account is brought up to date.  If you miss three payments your coaching program ceases and you will not be reinstated as a client.


Late payment fees are $100 per late payment.

Clear Space Policies

Reservations

Clear Space | Inside and Out 

Your nine sessions may be completed in a maximum of twelve weeks. We reserve twelve time slots for you and we do not double book any of those sessions. 


Clear Space | Deep Dive

Your twelve sessions may be completed in a maximum of sixteen weeks. We reserve sixteen time slots for you and we do not double book any of those sessions. 


Clear Space | Holistic Home VIP

Your twenty seven x 60 minute clutter sessions and nine x 45 minute mindset sessions

may be completed over nine months from February to July and September to November. No sessions may be used in January, August or December.
