After all these years, at the end of my life, I’m getting out of it. I didn’t know where to start. I’d do little bits and pieces and get fed up with it. Now with a new mindset I’m working on it everyday.

I was feeling extremely overwhelmed by the mess and clutter in my apartment and Kerryn posted on facebook and I reached out and it’s been magical.


The best thing about working with Kerryn was not just the steps of her method, because although they’re very effective, she combines it with teaching you to look within yourself and figure out how your clutter makes you feel and then how to manage that effectively and efficiently and productively.


She takes the idea of decluttering that seems so simple but insurmountable at the same time and helps you bridge that so that you feel more capable of keeping your space decluttered and clean.


But honestly the best bit about working with Kerryn was the absolute respect and empathy she showed me throughout the whole process. I never felt judged at all. She was very respectful of my neurodivergence and limitations.


She validated my efforts at every, single step of the way and treated me with dignity when I probably wasn’t treating myself with enough dignity.


The idea of decluttering no longer fills me with dread but it’s almost invigorating because I know it can feel refreshing and I can feel accomplished in what I do. I feel much more capable and confident in my home and myself.

...I feel relieved, I feel like I've got my space back again. That I can walk in here and not have to look around and think about all the things I have to do to make it a beautiful space. 


The steps are really clear. The thing that impressed me the most was not making a mess as you are going along. I really love that process of knowing that if I am disturbed, or have to go out, or that I only have limited time I don’t have a process of having to shove it all away or leave it in here and the room is unusable, so that to me was really good in that process.


That’s the beauty of it. It’s simple and using those steps keeps it simple. It’s dealt with straight away so there are no things left lying around.


Your guidance in just starting some easy parts first and getting used to the process was really good, I really got eased into the steps little by little so that by the time I got to some of the harder, messier cupboards it was quite ok even though there was a lot more mess there. A lot more random things.

Hey Kerryn I'm just working out in the sun today which is absolutely beautiful. Chickens all around me, beautiful blue skies. It's nice to be in the garden actually doing some physical work. 


But as I was working I was just thinking about how much you've been an inspiration to me on this journey. Around money has been really wonderful. Just the willingness or openness to take risks and to pay for what I value, yeah it's kinda been a really big shift for me so thank you for that. 


And just really finding myself stepping into a different version of me which is very wonderful. So thank you so much for all your support on this journey, you've been really instrumental in helping to support this change and guiding me.

I decided to give AGY a shot after hearing a few other climbers talk about how much fun it was and how much it helped their climbing. After my first session I felt much more tired than I was expecting, but also really invigorated. It was a great workout!


For me, the most surprising thing about AGY was how quickly we were flipping and swinging around in dynamic moves. I thought I'd have to practice for months to do some of these positions!


Since I've been doing AGY, I've noticed a big improvement in my flexibility and I always come out of the session feeling refreshed and relaxed. My climbing has also benefited hugely from the breathing and strength exercises. I'd consider myself to be very fit, and AGY still manages to wear me out which is great!


My favourite thing about doing AGY is how incredibly personal the whole experience is. From the very start, Kerryn tailors a personal program to suit you, and makes sure you do every pose correctly and safely so you leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed.


Kerryn is a fantastic yoga teacher! Extremely friendly and flexible, she knows how to push and challenge strong or experienced students and she's also fantastic at teaching beginners and ensuring they get good foundations to build their skills from. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personally tailored and flexible training program!

Great fun and great work out at the same time!  I cant tell enough people about Kerryn and how awesome Anti-Gravity Yoga is with her. Kerryn is a wonderful instructor who tailors everything to each persons ability, flexibility and strength levels. 


I often go to Anti-Gravity Yoga with a friend who excels in the strength activities whereas I'm not as strong and am better with the flexibility activities. Kerryn often gives us the option to push ourselves in both strength and flexibility but especially the area that doesn't come as naturally (strength for me). 


Anti-gravity yoga with Kerryn is always such an enjoyable time - always laughing and having a joke, especially when a new exercise is introduced and it looks too hard to do. Kerryn will always demonstrate and make it look way easier than it really is. I don't think I've done a session yet where I haven't been sore the next day (always good sore). If you haven't tried Anti-Gravity Yoga, you should and I can't recommend Kerryn enough! :)

Best thing I've ever been dragged along too

I had never tried yoga at all until I was asked to go try anti-gravity yoga with a friend! (dragged along kicking and screaming lol)


It was the greatest experience!! Testing my flexibilty, core and balance, whilst having a ball laughing the whole time! Now you can't keep me away!


Kerryn makes the experience fun but at the same time giving you one hell of a work out!!

Everyone should try anti-gravity yoga at least once.. I did :D !!

Kerryn is a fabulous teacher. She combines demonstration and explanation, sanskrit and english as well as the spiritual meaning behind the different poses. All this is delivered in a fun and comfortable environment, created by Kerryn and the other practitioners.


I've been learning hatha yoga from Kerryn for some time and continue to revise and extend my practice. It's fun learning the finer nuances of some of the more common poses. From hatha yoga, my flexibility is coming along, so too is my suppleness, strength and breathing capacity.


Kerryn is generous with her knowledge, experience and guidance. I would highly recommend her for beginners through to advanced practitioners.

Kerryn is a fantastic, warm friendly teacher who considers my injuries, mood and health on any given day, personalising the class so as to restore and build my fitness and my well being. I love the fact that her training lets me experience both the traditional and the bespoke, including my all time favourite - antigravity yoga. Her individual attention and sense of fun has made a real difference! I have never felt better and I never want to miss my yoga class!

This is one of the most enjoyable and fun classes I have ever done. I can't wait to get there each week and the hour flies by. 


Kerryn is a fabulous teacher, explains things clearly, is very warm and supportive and provides just the right amount of encouragement to get your position right and to build strength. She plans the classes well, so that you never feel bored or unchallenged and each week builds on the previous lesson. 


I couldn't recommend these classes or Kerryn as a teacher more highly.

Turned me from a yoga skeptic to a yoga fan

For years people told me I should try yoga to improve my flexibility and core strength.


After a bad experience ( it was gently suggested by the instructor that I wasn't experienced enough for her class) I was introduced to Kerryn at Metta Space. What a difference! Kerryn's warm and enthusiastic personality is matched by her ability to tailor her classes to the individual skill level and experience of her students. I take both her Bespoke Hatha Yoga and Anti-Gravity Yoga classes and have seen a significant improvement in my flexibility in only a few short months. 


Kerryn's belief that 'everything is possible' is infectious and I have tried poses and moves, especially in AGY, I would never have dreamed I could do.

Simply wonderful

Kerryn is an exceptional teacher. Warm, encouraging, kind and open-hearted, she creates a space that lets you realise how much you can do. She creates an air of trust and confidence from her first instructions. 


An Aerial Yoga class with Kerryn is like an hour of play, flight, challenge, exploration and recharging, and leaves you walking on sunshine for the rest of the week.


If you get the chance to go to one of Kerryn's Aerial Yoga classes, take it! It's the best experience.

I had my first “Bliss Out” Thai Yoga Massage during an emotionally difficult period in my life but after my massage I felt much more relaxed and peaceful - like I had entered an oasis. 


During my session I felt the passive work out of my muscles and an increased alertness - it was very enjoyable as Kerryn worked with where my body was at. I was surprised at the ease with which she was able to manoeuvre my body around. 


The studio experience was serene, tranquil and a great professional service.

I decided to try a Thai Yoga Massage out of curiosity and because I’m interested in yoga so wondered how yoga could be incorporated into massage therapy. 


I was surprised about being on the floor pads and having my limbs moved around. I could feel muscles relax and feel my body opening up during the session. 


It was very different from usual massage therapy. At times I couldn’t really tell where my body was or what was happening to it during the massage. 


I was floating away with the rhythm. Afterwards I felt relaxed and I would recommend it. Such a personal, professional and supportive environment and Kerryn is a great teacher and therapist!

I was experiencing back discomfort and thought a Thai Yoga Massage might help out.  I found it quite physical and varied...you’re not just passively lying on your stomach having someone pummel your muscles, but you are interacting with the masseuse in a relaxed way.  


After my session I felt very relaxed and totally pampered.  It was a positive, relaxing, delicious experience and having a lack of physical interaction in my life meant that I felt very soothed, pampered and luxurious afterwards. 


It’s an experience I would recommend as I think it is so very beneficial for anyone who wants to take time to relax and “re-connect” with themselves.
