National Centre of Excellence for Complex Trauma
If you or someone you care about is living with the effects of abuse, neglect, or violence, the Blue Knot Foundation has information and support for you.
Blue Knot provides information and support for anyone who is affected by complex trauma.
Complex trauma is repeated, ongoing, and often extreme interpersonal trauma (between people) – violence, abuse, neglect or exploitation experienced as a child, young person and adult.

Blue Knot Day is held every year on the last Thursday in October. Blue Knot Day 2024 will be held on Thursday 24 October 2024.
